Cauliflower -1 head [Vegetable]
Butter - 2 T [Dairy]
Flour - 2 T [Starch/Grain]
Dry Mustard - 1 tsp [Dry Goods / Spices]
Salt - 1/4 tsp [Dry Goods / Spices]
Pepper - 1/4 tsp [Dry Goods / Spices]
Milk - 1 cup [Dairy]
Cheddar cheese sharp, shredded - 1 cup [Dairy]
Pepper sauce - 5 drops [Misc.]
Bread crumbs [Starch/Grain]
Butter - 2 tsp [Dairy]
Parsely - 1 tsp [Dry Goods / Spices]
Recipe Directions:
Break cauliflower into floweret, wash. Steam for 10 minutes. Melt butter in saucepan over low heat. Add flour and seasonings. Cook over low heat until smooth and bubbly. Remove from heat, stir in milk. Return to high heat. stirring continually. Bring to boil for 1 minute. Stir in cheese and pepper sauce stir over low heat until cheese is melted. Pour over cauliflower . Melt butter in saucepan. Add bread crumbs. Stir and cook untikl brown. Add parsel. Sprinkle over cauliflower with cheese
