juice of 1 lemon [Fruit]
large chunk of watermelon, seeded and cubed [Fruit]
1 head of belgian endive, sliced into rounds [Vegetable]
4 sticks celery with leaves, coarsely chopped [Vegetable]
1 Tbsp walnut oil [Misc.]
Recipe Directions:
Core and dice the apples. Place in a bowl and pour over the lemon juice. Mix well to prevent discoloration. Add the rest of the fruit and vegetables to the bowl and mix gently. Pour in the walnut oil and mix again.
